Sony India — Experia Z1 after being replaced also has the same issue

I had bought Experia Z1 C6902 on 31 March 2014 but after a few days it started getting hanged so went to the customer care for the 1st time within a month of purchasing the phone. They updated the software and gave me the phone I did'nt understand how a newly bought phone could have an old software which needed updation.Thenagain on 7 June 2014 I gave my phone to the customer care for not getting charged even then they did the formatting and gave me the phone the next day without even checking whether it is getting charged or not. When I checked the phone it still had the same issue and told them so.Then they came to know that its a hardware problem and told me it will go to the compnay for a check and will get replaced if there's a problem so I got my phone replaced on 25 th june after much arguing with them. Now again on 3rd march my phone facing same isssue of not getting charged so what should I assume that was my phone really repalced? or they sent me the same piece again.
