Sony India — Facing issue from last 1 year

Hi Team, I am Suresh Sharma from Amravati Maharashtra. I am having KDL 48W600B model of Sony Bravia. Previously when LED TV was under warranty period at that time there was issue with Power. Now again there is issue with Panel and now LED TV is out of warranty. I am very disappointed with customer and service provided by Sony Bravia Customer/Technical Department. I want my LED to be replaced by new one. My son is also having Model: KDL-32W700B in Pune but there is no issue from last 5 months the date we have purchased. If there is such issue in particular LED TV it should be replaced with new one. Let me know the contact details and mail id of Technical and Customer care head of Sony Bravia.
