My Xperia Z1 has been submitted in Nehru place, New Delhi service center about a month ago.First there was camera clarity and phone hanging issue.Service center guys told me that it will be resolved after the updation of the phone.I again submitted the phone on 8th last month. i had words with their technician that there is some hardware issue with the phone and i have to submit the phone so that they can escalate the matter and provide me a new phone or an upgraded model.Finally the mobile is in service center and they have been fooling from the past 10 days that they would call me soon and i haven't got any call from them. I have all the e mail conversations on my id from the day 1. Kindly help me in refunding the amount, i have wasted an amount of Rs. 38500 on a product of such company who believes in fooling customers.
