My Sony television purchased on the date of 31/08/2013, was in problem from last 4 months.I asked sony service provider for rectifying and they found that PANEL is defective.
After that, up to now Didn't get any positive support from Sony dealer (Technoplaza - Barraackpore division) except odd behavior like sometimes they are telling, "this model is discontinued". sometimes "we will search if this panel available in stock in INDIA/SINGAPORE", Sometimes they offered for exchange.
Now this has been delayed by more than 3 months and now they are asking for chargeable service visit once again.
What should i do?we have contacted lots and that time their service and helpline personal wasted my time.and now they are asking for chargeable visit as this thing getting old?need to know why i will pay the service charge again?
Expecting my television been rectified on ASAP basis.
