Sony India — Handset not received | |||
I had purchased a waterproof Sony Mobile. Had taken it in water for less than half an hour. still the phone crashed. I submitted the phone in the service centre where they told me it's litmus paper has turned red which means the phone is water damaged. In spite of being a waterproof phone the company claimed it to be water damaged and sent it for repairing where the cost shall be borne by me. Still i agreed and sent it for repairing. The phone costed me 24000 and the company gave me a repairing budget of 23000, which I rejected on the 3rd April. The company had a policy of returning the handset within 8 days. Till date I have not received any call or mail regarding my phone and have not received the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
