[Resolved] Sony India — Harassing the Customers | |||
I have SONY Experia ZL which is not working and is in warranty period. Hence have submitted my phone to S.G.Infotech (Thakkar Shopping Mall, Borivali (w) mumbai-400092) on 11 Aug 2014 ( a authorized SONY service center). My details are Ticket ID : [protected] and Job No. : W[protected]. I was informed that my phone is being replaced to Experia Z which i have no problem with it, my only problem is that its been one month and i haven't received my replaced phone. Secondly their contact no i.e. [protected] which they have provided never works. So, we cannot contact them through phone. We have requested them for an alternate no. which they refuse to provide 3. As we visit them they keep postponing date to the next week after a long tiring hours of waiting. They never respond properly and no person takes responsibility for answering, they just keep ignoring us and the manager or the senior person never comes out to resolve the problem.
