Sony India — I submitted a dd of 23000 a month back and still waiting for my handset xperia z1

My new sony xperia which I purchased 10 months back fell from the charging point and as per the service center it cannot be repaired and they offered me 20% discount on new xperia z1...iI gave them yhr dd of 23000 and they told me it will take 10-12 working days...now its almost a month and am getting harrased by the service center saying stock is not there. .i even told them to return my dd..they are not doing that too..now I don't know what to do..am basically stuck now and this service center has duped me...I request you to pls find a solution to my problem. thanks.
