[Resolved] Sony India — Ignorance of the customer care. | |||
Dear Sir, I have submitted my sony xperia T2 ultra cell phone for repairment of the power switch (which is in the warranty period now) in the sony authorised service centre at bokaro on 07/10/2014. The sales man at the service centre told me that it would take around 1 week to 10 days but now its more than 15 days and I have not got my cell phone back...neither they are providing me with any proper satisfied answer.When I reported the same complaint to the higher official they are also not responding and simply saying that I'll have to wait. Moreover I have submitted my cell phone on07/10/2014 of which I have written record also from service centre but when I called the higher official they are saying that I have submitted my cell phone to them on some other date.
