Sony India — Irresponsible behaviour - ACE electronics

I wanted to replace my damaged TV screen (model - EX520). The authorised service center people came and took Rs 5000 advance on 23rd March 2014. After multiple reminders, they came and picked my TV after 4 days.. ever since I am following up with them as to when I will get my TV repaired but till date no confirmation... It takes numerous calls for me to even get some one pick up the phone.. today again I have called up and they are not able to let me know when I can get my TV back... When they took advance, they promised a delivery in 3 days but it's a week now...No response... Is it the way an authorised dealer will behave??? Please let me know what should I do now???
