Sony India — Issues in after sale service

I m using a Sony Vaio the laptop is under warranty im facing few software issues. when i bought the laptop i was told that i will get on site service but now i made a call to your customer care centre for the same but your people said will get on site your service for hardware issues earlier i had some hardware issues at that time executives quoted that the service is for software. now kindly direct me what to do. im highly disappointed with your after sale services.
