Sony India — Laptop arrow keys

I have purchased Sony model(svf152A) on[protected] from Croma Chandigarh..The laptop sold to me is defective inasmuch as I have been facing several issues with it ever since the date of its purchase. In the very first day of its purchase, the laptop was constantly getting hung and not functioning properly. I was unable to give presentations on my laptop due to the constant malfunctioning of the laptop and even single game is not working which caused me much embarrassment and inconvenience.The main issue is now that its arrow keys are not working properly while only gaming.I sent the laptop for examination to Sony care Sankalp Sony authorised in Patiala (punjab) and had it checked and repaired by an official of Sony. However, thereafter the laptop stops to be hanged but its arrow keys still not working while gaming only.
