This mail is with regards to my Sony laptop which I gave to CHENNAI SERVICE for repair. I would like to bring to your notice that I gave my laptop for repair on 14-6-14, But till now I haven’t get any date or communication on the delivery date. After continuous follow up with CHENNAI SERVICE Center and Manager (vinod-[protected]) . I am not getting any appropriate response, adding to that they are not answering the call. I would need some intervention on this from higher authority. Can you share the higher Authority number so that I can have a call on this.
