Sony India — Laptop given unrepaired instead of warranty card

I Shivaji Nalawade, No.- [protected], had faced battery problem & laptops cover crack problem for my Sony Vaio Laptop. So I submitted the laptop in the sony service centre within the warranty period with warranty card & they had promised me to repair the laptop within 2 days. They took 2 months & dint even repair the laptop. I am very unhappy with the service. I want you to take strict action and give my laptop repaired as soon as possible.
