I have purchased new Home theater in the month of July 2016. But it started giving problems. It always go on standby mode. I have complained to sony customer care and they have visited the hose to check. But it was temperary solution and the issue is reoccurring. I had call customer care and complain again. They never came to help. I called back to check the status of the complain but still no response from Sony.
I have a TV that is 2 years and that does not on some times. After giving complaint one executive visited our house and said the TV Screen is damaged and hence it does not run. Asked for 28 thousand to replace it. But how come it runs when we unplug the power cable and re-plug it. He said bcz of display is damaged.
