My mother purchased a 32inches LCD coloured television from Tandon Enterprises, Bareilly on 2009 . But last few days bubbles are seeing on half of the screen. So I lodged a complaint in your service centre and deposited Rs 150 for service charges . Mr Raj Kishore service engineer turned up at my home and stated that the screen had been damaged . The damage of screen stated by him is manufacturing defect . But he stated that after depositing Rs 11250 screen will be changed. But, if it is manufacturing defect why your reputed company taking charges for the same . You are therefore requested kndly change the screen and safe your reputation .
