[Resolved]  Sony India — Mobile Audio Jack not working properly, Overheating problem, loud speaker problem

Respected Sir, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with poor response have received. My Mobile Has some problem of Audio Jack not working properly and Overheating problem which is I guess its minor issue and mobile under warranty period, Details of Mobile are as :- Model No : C2004 IMEI No : [protected], SI No :[protected] Purchase Date :30-Jan-2014 To resolve this problem had given to Chaitanya Electronics, Chinchwad - Pune Maharastra.on dated 13th August 2014 under JOb No. : W[protected], Track ID :[protected]. As on dated 13th Sept 2014 no satisfactory feedback received on the mobile, Still Mobile is at service center, Had given mobile for servicing 1 month Back but no proper response received to me, I am very disappointed with this kind of response. Continual following with the center but they were saying parts are received or received parts were not compatible to the model. Now I am totally helpless with this, I am from Middle class back ground and investment done was on own but now I am feeling like dump to invest on this mobile. Sony had given me faulted model.Which I need to be replaced. Kindly let us know how to move in this. Your Suggestion in this is highly appreciated, Awaiting for your kind and positive feedback.
