mera mobile xperia z work nahi kar raha due to software issue mobile warranty me hia but servce ceter wale usse out of warranty bata arhe hia scratch ke wajh se . phn repair bhi nah hota . is condition m mera phn thk na kar rahe na replace kar rahe hia iski cost 33000 plz help me
