[Resolved] Sony India — monitor complaint

i bought my 32 inch TV from kannur, kerala, on[protected] .these 3 years TV IS WORKING IN GOOD CONDITION, now 2 week before a small bubble type patches formed on the monotor, and the picture was blurred, day by day these bubbles were increased and formed allmost entire portion of the monitor, now it is not able to watch any programme, please do neceassary action at an early date.i expect an early and positive reply from you. the authorised agents from kannur inspected and reported The Job No:is j 41634002 +2 photos Was this information helpful? Complaint marked as Resolved my complaint has not yet solved try to solve my problem urgently other vise i will go to court, bcos i waited too much, but ur response very poor Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 09, 2014 Updated by sunilmgd it is very sad that u have not made any arrangement to solve my problem, two weeks gone, now i am not able to watch any programme . it very bad to say that it is not expected from such a prestigious company. please make an arrangement to solve my problem at the earliest.
