Sir, Good Evening! I Abhishek Bera.My SONY XPERIA M5 is not work properly.My mobile is not complete 1year. I went to many time to Sony Authorised Service Center in Laxmi Nagar.But my problem is not resolved. Problem are Back Panel Open, Camera, Overheating, Battery and Hanging problems.So that's why i am went to service center but my problem is not resolved so i'm very dissappointed after buying sony xperia m5 mobile handsets.Not good service sony service center.i want refund or replace this mobile handset.
