Sony India — New Sony Xperia Z non functional | |||
The mobile Xperia Z ( IMEI No [protected] ) purchased on 23.07.2014 against Rs.33, 500 suddenly stopped getting charged from yesterday. On approach to Sony mobile Service Center at Guwahat( Rajgarh) in Assam, they replied that the pin of charging port got damaged which is not repairable and offer an exchange against payment of 50% of new set price. Its a total loss as my mobile is non functional in absence of charge now.
