Dear Sir/Madam,
It is very unfortunate to had such a bad experience with a brand like SONY where my new home theatre BDVE4100 purchased on 4th October 2014 is with me & I am unable to use it as on the installation date I.e., 09.10.2014 it got problem "push, power, protect " and after visit of engineer on 11.10.2014 having complaint no. 21449819 nothing fruitful has been done till date.
Thus, I request your kind intervention in the above matter as investing such a amount in home theatre in this festival season in a brand like you is becoming a totally waste for me and my family.
