Sony India — no one attending the phone call.

I'm from kakinada. I gave my digital camera in sony service center (pranank electronics) vijayawada.repeatedly I'm calling the contact numbers given in service job sheet.nobody is attending.but many times call waiting message is coming.vijayawada is 200 km away from kakinada.If i have to go all the way to vijayawada just to get the information it costs me a lot of money and time.please take proper action.
