Sony India — No response from sony tv officials

We have brought sony tv 2 years ago and the panel has been collapsed without our intervention now sony people are saying that you have exceeded the date of warranty in addition to that they are saying that "1" in "1000" tv' will get effected in thus way !!! q.1: my first qustion whether sony is a local brand or international brannd(in my view it is not elgible for even local brand because of the circumstances what i have seen) q.2:why i should be that "1" in "1000" since i have also paid the money what others i have payed then why i should get that type of problems
