[Resolved] Sony India — NO WARRANTY SUPPORT | |||
I am surprised at the unprofessional and non co operative attitude by Sony Service Agent in Allahabad. And more surprised at the way he is being protected by Sony India Customer care people. My son is studying In Allahabad and his Xperia ZR got screen problem while taking snaps in light drizzle. Sony is charging hefty premium for its water proofing screens. But when my son went to the service centre he was shocked to hear that Sony will not give warranty for its screens...!! What for Sony sells its water proofing phones in India ?? NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY THESE PHONES OF SONY... NO SUPPORT EXISTS FOR THESE PHONES AND YOU ARE LEFT STRANDED...! Sony India in my view is Shameless Sony... I want to meet the MD of Sony...
