Dear Sir i am suffering with a audio problem since almost one month. repetedly i complained to Sony Service Centre several times, the name of that service Centre is Neosa Electronics Pvt Ltd, which is an authorized service centre of SONY. they had not registered any complain and not even sending any service engineer to attend the compalin also. i Expect a good service from a Brand like SONY. but sorry to say that this kind of service quality is waste than any local brand also. therefore i kindly request you to take care of the issue in high priority basis otherwise this service centre will spoil your brand name very soon. regards shamik majumder [protected]
