[Resolved]  Sony India — Not getting a replacement for Xperia Z2.

I purchased my phone on 1st May 2015 and within a week i discovered gaps near the metal frame. Thus i submitted my phone in the service center on 16th May 2015 as they refused to give me a replacement. I got it repaired on 25th May. Next day i tried using it in water within the specified limits and my phone was damaged because the water had entered my phone. On 28th May( JOB No. W[protected], IMEI No - [protected] ) again i submitted my phone in the service center as they refused to give me a replacement. They repaired my phone under warranty but still are refusing for a replacement. Repairing the phone due to water damage within warranty ultimately means that the phone had a problem and thus the only solution was to replace it. The reason given to mi was that the company has ceased the replacement policy. Service Center - S.G.
