Dear Sir, I have a Purchased Sony LCD KLV-32V550A dated[protected] from Rathi&Sons Shivpuri (M.P) Bill No.6167 TV Sr. 6186666 My LCD Screen had been cracked automatic while watching TV time. I would like to give draw your attention on weak services from Sony India Pvt. Limited we have registered complaint many time by mail and also visited executive but problem is same as was ago not received any solution kindly request you to please give solution.
