Sony India — not replacing under warranty Z ultra from last 4 months

I bought xperia z ultra for 41000 on 15 dec 2013, it stopped working on Oct 2014, now its around 4 months Sony is unable to give the replacement for the same. Service centre ticket ID number is w[protected]. Sony service centre and sony customer care helpline[protected], says you will shortly receive a new phone as it is under warranty and cannot be repaired, but nothing is happening. 41000 is not a small amount, please help.
