[Resolved] Sony India — not transferring warranty after 6 months of payment | |||
I bought a sony vaio laptop 1 year back, soon after i bought, it started giving so many hardware issues due to which it got replaced after following up for almost six months and doing thousands of complaints, that time i paid additional 3000 rs for extension of warranty but since then they have not transferred it, its been six months and still they are not giving me any positive feedback, i tried escalating this to there management but there management too didnt responded well, i am feeling helpless, now i need my money back and they should be fined for this pathetic service, i am feeling like cheated, i would ask all consumer not to buy any of the sony products. here is the sony complaint number SonyIndia=[protected]' Was this information helpful? | |||
