This is the letter i posted to sony company about internet browser is not functioning in model no. 40w56d.

"sony company is a brand to cheating the innocent customers"


Dear sir/madam,

I am k.Rajeshwar belongs to hyderabad dist. On[protected] i purchased sony led tv ( model no. 40w56d) in bajaj electronics showroom, near to bsnl telephone bhavan, hyderabad. Demo instructor explains the product details of above mentioned sony model as you given like picture quality, sound quality, wi-fi, woofer and he also said that this tv is internet tv with internet browser but internet browser is not working. This is cheating of innocent customer who believes blindly sony brand.

When you are launching a product you should clear about your product qualities, for this model you mentioned internet browser but not functioning internet browser in the this model . Without having software how dare you sale the product to innocent customer, it is clear that you willingly want to cheat the customers.

But i am not keep quite. You should take action immediately and install software . Otherwise i go to knock the doors of the consumer court to complaint about this issue.
