Respected sir,
I have purchased a new sony experia m2 dual form kottayam sony center kerala, on 03 may 2014. Not less than 3 months my phone projected issues regarding improper functioning of mic. I have addresses the issue to sony service center at kottayam (madonna), and I have been replied back that my phone mic needs to be replaced with a new piece. The time frame given for me was more than 2 weeks, which is not acceptable for me at any cost.
I have spent 21, 000 rs for this phone which is supposed to service me for at least 2 years with no issues. I was a hard core fan of sony and this is 14th phone from sony, but now I am totally distressed and i have lost faith in this brand. I don't understand the fact regarding the non availability of spare for new models. Sony should not introduce new models to the market unless if they don't have full spare support. My 90% of the job is done through my phone and hence its absence is a great disaster for me. My job no is W[protected].
I kindly request the authority to take necessary steps in delivering my phone at the earliest. I also request sony to address the issue seriously, because service plays a major role in showcasing a strong brand, and sony was a kind before, not at present. This is a great lesson for me and in future i will never opt sony as a brand for mobiles.
