[Resolved]  Sony India — Pathetic service delay with no results

I have submitted my 2 sony vaio laptops before 2months at authorised sony service of salt lake kolkata. They could not fix 1 laptop & gave it back to me. For the other 1, Previously they told me their is hard disk problem so i replaced the hard disk & submitted again. Then they are saying that their is a motherboard problem & at the same time they told me we are trying to fix it without replacing motherboard. After that i call them after every 3days & every time they are saying "we are checking, give us sometime". So do a servicing centre of sony needs 2months to service a laptop?Is this the sony service?? My 2 sony vaio laptops are useless now. Disgusting service from sony. I have no more faith in this stupid brand sony who dosent know how to give service of this costly products. I would recommend others not to buy sony as they dont give healthy service after buying!!
