My Xperia M2 (D2302) has stopped working for the THIRD time within the warranty period. After repeated telling the service center to replace the set, it has not been done. My phone is currently at the Sony Service Center, F1 Info Solutions Pvt Ltd. 206, 2nd floor F-block, competent House, Middle Circle, Cannought Place, Delhi-110002. My Ticket Id is [protected] and Job Number is W[protected]. This is atrocious! Do you think I have no other job in the world but to keep getting my phone repaired and loose all phone data in the process. And once the warranty period gets over, then what? I am never recommending a Sony phone to anyone and nor will I do the same mistake ever again. Highly Unsatisfied.
