Sony India — poor customer service at Cochin, Kerala

i have purchased a tv model no KLV 32V400A DURING 2009 and due to complaint relating to poor picture quality panel was replaced last year. again just after one year the same problem occured and i have lodged a complaint at madonna electronics edapally, cochin 2 months back. even though i have contacted them several times till date no body turned up for seeing the tv. atleast i want to know whether the tv can be repaired or not.
