Sony India — Poor response by customer service

This is the worst service I have ever experienced by any electronics goods service provider.I have purchased a LED and have requested the Sony Centre and customer service to get it installed in a given period of time. They committed to get it done, but its unfortunate to learn that they will not stick to their commitments. After continuous follow up still there is no response from customer service and the lady who is responding is so rude that she doesn't deserve to be in this profession. (Especially handling customers). I have already experienced service with LG, Hitachi, they are too quick in addressing customer complaints and request. Now i think i have taken a wrong decision going with Sony. I will suggest to people not to go with Sony as their service is very poor. Thanks, Naman Gupta +91-[protected]
