[Resolved]  Sony India — Poor service by Sony service centre Bilaspur for SONY TV ,Model No-32V LCD KLV32V400A

Dear Sir, I am using SONY appliances from last many years but now I have come across with poor service response from SONY service centre, BILASPUR(C.G-495001).I have given my SONY TV, Model No-32V LCD KLV32V400A (Purchased 5 years approx. back) for repairing on 18th Aug.14 because no picture is coming in my TV from last 10 days for which I had made complain on 12th Aug.14 (Complain no[protected] and your service engineer visited home and inform that you have to give TV to my service centre for further action but till now no positive action has been taken from your side & We all family are unsatified with the way things are going on. Pl take immediate action to arrange my TV in good condition for which we will be thankful to SONY Company. Waiting for your quick response in this matter.
