Case id:j43118260 i gave my ps4 for service on[protected] and still i have not received my ps4 till date i want a permanent solution when i talk to sony clarity service centre they dont reply at all properly they told it comes after Christmas then after new year after makarsankranrti after republic day then next tuesday and then next tuesday till now no reply i called your sony helpline also no reply now i need permanent solution also i want you to provide new controller hdmi cable powercord also with console its a request due to your delay i have paved big damage on my ps plus subscription also i want you to provide ps plus for 3 months before this ps4 i had got new ps4 as rma from same place that was defective and i gave this for rma now till date no reply so reply my mail because i have full rights to stake claim of controller 3 months delay is not fun i want your guys to help me sort this problem out i have all call recordings as proof and all the proper bills and the job sheet i am attaching the picture of the jobsheet Poor Warranty support by the whole team of sony india had hdmi flickering problem gave my ps4 for service on 13/12/2014 no reply manager tthi Was this information helpful? | |||

Called service centre past 2 months no reply i also have all call recordings for proof further if you need it i need the whole new ps4 with controller and whole kit and also ps plus member ship during warranty i had subcribed for ps plus membership no reply for that also your support team too is vip
