I own Xperia Z1 which is under warranty of 9 months. My phone was damaged and one of its parts (Part No.[protected]_ USB CHARGING PORT COVER). So i visited three of your Service centres and here is what i experienced
24th Aug: D G service centre, Panvel,
Part price as they suggested: 1, 040.00 Rs.
Would be replaced and given back in 7-8 days and i ordered the same.
They didnt gave me any revert after that till 11th Sep 2014, when they called and told that the part is arrived and requested me to come and get it fitted.
I went on 12th of Sep, and gave the phone but then they conveyed me that the they have ordered is defective and is not appropriate. They asked come back after two days.
Since then i am being irresponsibly handled ever since they have been ignoring my calls and not giving any concrete answers to my queries.
And to top this, I went to your Vashi Service centre was surprised.
Part Price: 500-550 Rs.
that it will take: 15 Days
Revert me with any solution to the earliest
