Sony India Pvt. Ltd — 1st manufacturing defect & then going again and again to sony care for 2 & half months

I've purchased sony z3+ phone with imei no: [protected] on 17th nov 2015, it's waterproof as sony claimed & the reason i've purchased the phone... After using it for just 2 month one day i was seeing if the phone is good or not. So i put it in fresh water not totally just keep the phone upside down and deeped in water but kept the micro usb port up in air and less then 5 min..
Then within 15 min my touchpad was not working i don't know why.. So i was unable to restart.. Then i went for restart key inside rubber port and when i open it up water was inside... Then i knew that this is manufacturing defect and because water didn't went from rubber port but from somewhere else... I went to sony from whr i purchased and they told me to go to sony service center but it was late around 7:pm. Then i went next day.. Till then my phone was working fine when i restart it next day but my both front and back camera got water inside...
The next day on 2nd feb 2016, i give the phone to sony authorized service center (Parshwa electronics private) in surat on 2-2-2016.. And they told me company will check my phone for waterproof test & see if the manufacture defect is there or not then sony will consider my phone in warranty.. And as i was sure it was manufacturing defect, i got it back repaired in warranty on around 22 feb 2016... But when i receive the phone it's back cover was not properly fitted.. And i show that to person in service center. He told me the person for checking the waterproof phone didn't came today so come back tomorrow and show him.. Then i went on[protected] not the next day because i didn't get the time next day... Then on 24 feb i went to sony service center again and showed that to the guy and he told to give back again for repair.. And i did.. Then again i receive my z3+ phone on 7 march 2016 and checked it.. But again the back cover was same not fitted well. Sony gave me the phone after 15days with same condition as before, they didn't do anything and again wasted my 15 days in process.
Then on that same day on 7th march 2016 i asked sony service center either give me my money back or replace my phone if they can't repair the phone in more then 1 month. And they told me they can't do anything, i've to write a mail to sony regarding phone replacement. As i did write mail to sony service head and after 2 days i got auto reply from sony service head. So again i went to sony world showroom and they told me to submit the phone again in sony service center and i did submit the phone on 9th march 2016 but as company suggested i submit the phone in authorized service center m/s. Accel frontline ltd. Surat. And then again no news for another 15 days and finally i got call on 21th march 2106 from accel frontline ltd saying sony again send the phone as same as before without any repair. Then the manager at accel frontline ltd called to sony service center in ahmadabad and send the phone again for repair and told me that he will talk to manger in ahmadabad and get my phone repair in max 5 days.
But as turned out i got my phone back on 1st april. And my phone back cover problem looked repair. And just after using not more then 5-6 days i noticed my phone's back cover is again open but till then i was out off gujarat and being in another state i didn't submit the phone to service center as i know ""sony took 2 months to repair my phone after the 1st time i've submitted the phone on 2nd feb 2016""and now i did't know how much time sony will take again to give me back my phone again. So i made choice to submit the phone in sony service center after i'll be back in surat.
So when i came to surat i've again submitted my phone in authorized service centre m/s. Accel frontline ltd. Surat on 30th april 2016 & also write an email to sony service head, sony care. And i got auto reply from sony care on same day[protected] and another reply on 2nd may 216 without any solution. Then again waiting & waiting for reply, i went to sony world and told them my problem and they wrote the mail to company (Image (7th may 2016) and finally i got the mail from amit doshi saying" they have offered refeb dpa phone to me""which i did't ask for after being in soo much trouble.

Now the thing is i've been without my phone for more then 2&half months and have face counter-less problem and went through sooo much trouble for going and coming back from sony world to sony service center. And the way they have treated me without any reply for more then 2 months. And for last months i've been calling & calling sony service center number and even for 2-3 days they have just hang me on line without any answer or promising calling me back but didn't got call. Even one day i called for like 5-6 hours (Every 1 hour) as in my 1st call service manager told me some excuse on server hub problem for getting my phone status & told me call after 20-25min to check on status then i called after 45 min and manager not available as they told me and said" he will pass my no. To manager and he will call me back in 20-25 min but he did't. This went on for 5-6 hours that day but the manager did't have guts to reply me back or come to the phone.

What i'm asking is ""is this the way to treat an customer?"" i'v spend around 40000rs on this phone. And this what i'm getting. 2&half month without my phone (As you can guess what what trouble i've been through). And as it turned out i should be filling customer harassment case in court for the trouble sony service center put me through.

I told sony service center in mail to service head that either give me my money back or i want the new phone but i'm not taking refurbished phone. And if they can't give me new phone or money then i want 3 months extra warranty as i've been through hell for last 3 months and i didn't spend around 40000rs just to suffer by sony service for without my phone for 2&half months. (If i could do something then i would take all the manger and service head's mobile phone for 2 month and have then be without phone then they will know what trouble i've been through.

And again i submitted my sony z3+ for same problem 4th time here is service i'd no: [protected] on 30th april 2016 to till today.

So you tell me why should i take refurbished phone. As i said to company i want my money back or new phone and i'll only take refurbished phone if they give me 3 months extra warranty for the trouble i went through.
