To, ConsumerForum, Subject: Refund of Sony Xperia Z1 fromSony Mobile Communications AB I have Purchased Mobile Handset of Sony Company Product Name is “Sony XperiaZ1” on dt. 27.09.2013 of Rs. 44, 490/= From Spice Retail Limited, Gurgaon(Haryana) But in thisHandset Five Time replace by Sony service centre due to problem. Details as Under:- 1. MobileCamera 20.7 MP is not proper working in normal lighting condition and if youare zooming pics of this camera, on the pics Black spot is shown and In eveningor night situation Camera behave like 2 MP camera of Ordinary Mobile Handset, actually this camera not working as per commitment of Sony company as perdescription in product speciation “Xperia Z1 gives you the best overall imagequality of all leading smartphones”this line advertise by Sony Company. 2. MobilePhone heated, if your are use this phone for calling & camera mode for 15to 20 minutes than handset is heated and phone is hang for further action andif you use camera in this condition than phone display the message “Phone isheated out and camera not working whenphone not normal position” 3. Internetproblem, if you use 2G connection in this phone than Internet is not properworking after use internet connection 15 to 20 Minutes. In the above case all problems admire fivetime by Both Service Center Manager ([censored]ij Telecom) & Customer CareExecutive (Telephone Communication) after the physically checked by servicecenter manager and communicate these problems to self & company customercare executive and every time same problem is going on. Due to above I am suffering forfinancially & mentally loss Detailsof Claim against Sony as Under: Amount (Rs.) Product Cost 44, 490/= Xperia Z 1 Screen Card (four times Rs.350 each) 1, 400/= Transport Cost (Self Car 10 TimesVisit at Service Centre 30 Km *10*15=4500/=) 4, 500/= Office Leave Cost (Half Day Rs. 750 *5Days) 3, 750/= Telephone Communications Exp. 500/= TotalAmount Claim 54, 640/= Complainagainst Sony:- 1. Asper company, product is Good Condition but after this, company replace thishandset Five Time Why? 2. EveryTime Company not solves these problem and ask to me use this time and ifproblem is same or going on than I replace next time why? 3. After the admire of problem in company productand company go to refund process on dt. 08.03.2014 and same is confirm by SonyService Head at Gurgaon Office Phone No.[protected] on same date and confirm my name spelling for prepare RefundCheque of Rs. 44, 490/= and he ask to me after prepare your refund Cheque, hepersonally confirm to me for collection of this Cheque but I wait for One Weekfor call of this person but I am not received any call than I call this numberand he confirm to me Further After One week, he give to me Refund Cheque, Buton dt. 28.03.2013 I call to this person and he confirm to me company not giveany refund to me, he confirm to me if you are interest, company give replacehandset of same (Xperia Z1). 4. CompanyService Center Manager, sel[censored]se this handset on front of me and admire allproblems (raised by me), why company stop my refund process? Ithink I am stupid according to company for suffering from long time andcommunicate regularly?
