I have bought a laptop on august[protected], model no-svf15218snw in5 serial no-2092 which was later replaced to model no-svf153181SNB and the serial no[protected]new). From the very first day i am facing problems.I have already lodge numerous complains for the same and also engineers have come to fix it but sorry to say the problems is just increasing day by day.I have paid alot to bye this laptop and its my hard earn money and thus its getting frustrating for me .I am dissatisfied with this product and i dont want to keep this product anymore and want (REFUND) only, as it did no good to me by a replacement so i demand for a refund. Keeping our old relations in mind, I am confident that you will take back the product from me, and refund the payment made. i repeat at no cost would i need a replacement its all REFUND that i want .I insist on a full refund or I shall be forced to take legal action against it Thanking you, malcolm masson contact number([protected]/[protected]
