Sony India — REFUNDING the amount for the Defective Mobile Phone sold | |||
My name is Prince R. I bought a Sony Xperia T2 ultra dual on 15th of July 2014 in SONY SMARTPHONE LOUNGE, 100 FEET ROAD, GANDHIPURAM, COIMBATORE Contact :4373601 for INR 24000.I had issues with my phone since my purchase.The power button wasnt working and I gave it for Repair Service on Dec 9th of 2014Again I had problems with my Proximity censors and power button, so I returned it to the Service Centre "KG Electronics AUTHORIZED SONY SERVICE CENTRE" CONTACT: Gandhipuram, COIMBATORE on May 12th of 2015.Since the power button wasnt working I couldnt switch it on and back up the data in my phone, ALL MY VACATION PICTURES AND VIDEOS WERE LOST and for the past 14 days I have been experiencing issues with my Touch screen.The Left part of the touch screen doesnt work and the mobile frequently reboots itself.My Phone is still under warranty. The Service provider takes 10 days for every repair servicel. I am very much disappointed in Sony and feel like I have been betrayed.After the warranty period I have to spend my money on repair services and new parts.I expect my phone of 24000 INR to work for atleast 2 years.Is that too much to ask for? I am already tired of running behind SONY's Service centre.Kindly Refund My money. Was this information helpful? | |||
