Sony projector, VPLDX100/C1, bought from authorised retailer, undergone first repair within 100 days and then further 3 repairs in next 150 days and since then lying with the authorised service centre. I could barely use the projector as it had gone bad multiple times and used to be at service centre most of the time.
Even after my multiple requests, company is refusing to service it ( warranty mentioned on bill is 2 years) and citing paid replacement of LAMP ( which would cost me more than half of the cost of projector) as a reason which I cannot afford.
When they could not get it in order in previous three instances, how do I believe that it would not go bad the next time.
Clearly, the product is faulty and instead of accepting it, they are psychologically harassing me ever since I bought the product. Was this information helpful? |
