Sony India — Regarding not getting phone back from service center during warranty period.

I have submitted my sony xperia c4 dual in warranty period at (chaitanya electronics, pune) on 18th june 2016 due to facing a touch problem. today its more than a month and still i have not got my cellphone back. and they are not giving me and telling that they are unable to repair.
I want my phone repaired within 2 days... this is too much now.
