Sony India — REPLACEMENT OF SONY HARD DISC:DEFICIENCY IN SERVICES

Dear Concerned OfficerGreetings! 1. I Colonel R Srinivas a serving Army Officer, (mob no [protected]) had handed over my Sony Hard Disc (pink Colour, 500 GB with cable) to the Sony Authorised Service Centre at BLOCK AE 135, 4th AVENUE Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar on 09 Mar 2015 with the complaint "Hard Disc not detecting" . 2.No Job Number was given despite asking and I was told that my mob no is enough and was assured that a new hard disc will be given within 4-5 working days. 3. The serial no of the Hard Disc is KCV155p27122049 and the model no is HD-EG5.Also the same is under Warranty Period. 4. I have spoken to Mr Bhaskar (he had received the item), Ms Revathi and today to Mr Jaikumar. 5. Since 10 days have gone by I feel aggrieved.Kindly expedite under intimation to me--Regards--Col R Srinivas..([protected] and [protected])
