Sony India — Rubber on edges lost

I purchased sony xperua m4 aqua on 13 july 2015 on 25 july sudnly I saw thar my xperia was in my pocket but the side edge is not there please help me i visited the sony service center kota rajasthan but the said the whole display will changed and it will charge you, , . Jst wtf plz help.me i m.getting frustated of this sony service
