Sony India — Same problem persist after repairs | |||
Hi, I''ve purchased Sony Xperia M4 Aqua Dual in November 2015 on Diwali. As it was Diwali i was busy in household works and thus havnt used the new mobile a lot except clicking the pictures. but after 7-8 days of purchase i got to know that the caller on the other side is not able to hear my voice. No matter how loudly I speak. I called the customer care they asked me to go to the service centre. I was against this. Who takes a 10-15 days old phone to the service centre. It took me 6 months to buy a 20K Rs mobile. Still I took it to the service centre. They kept my phone for almost 3-4 days. After that also the same issue was there. I again called the customer care people. They ask me to go to the service centre again. I was very disappointed. Again i took it to the service centre. They updated the software but nothing happened. It happened again.Thus I took a newly bought phone 3 time within 1 month of purchase to the service centre. 15 days before my phone got hanged of no reason and got started in 5 hours. yesterday night again my phone got hanged. My earphones are no more working. Earlier i used to talk with the earphones as the callers were not able to hear my voice. but few days before my earphones also stopped working suddenly. I dont find a logic to call their customer service and go to the service centre again. The last hope is you guys. Please help me if you can. Regards, Divya Was this information helpful? | |||
