[Resolved] Sony India — Sony Bravia - Delay in Response | |||
Hi There, I have raised a request 20682405 on 29th August for Sony Bravia TV KLV-40R482B. The technician had come next day and mentioned that the TV needs a display replacement and the replacement doesn't come under warranty. He told that the total cost of replacement will be approx Rs. 22 K and took a check of Rs. 10K. He had mentioned the part will come in 5 days. Since last 20 days I am trying to reach the local service center and the Sony support. I am being told that the part is not available in India and is being brought from Singapore. From Local service center I am not getting proper response. Every time I call Sony support, a new Service center associate attends the phone and tells that s/he is escalating it to high priority and the part will come in 2-3 days. Next time I call a new associate promises me the same. This is getting highly frustrating even after paying the 10K money which got deducted the next week itself. Can you please confirm when can I get a part? If I am not getting satisfactory answer I will have to take legal action. Was this information helpful? | |||
