I purchased a Sony TV from Croma retail, Kailash colony, delhi in 2011. On 12th Nov'14 I lodged a complaint for a defect in picture quality of my Sony TV. I received a revert of the same on 17/11/14 and the service center said that they will pick up my product on 18/11/14. today is 19/11/14 and these service center guys are saying that they will come on 20/11/14. I do not understand that why is there a delay in the service provided by Sony. I have already registered several queries on customer care for the same but noone has reverted back. I dont even know if my product will be picked up or not by Sony Service center guys on 20/11/14. I need a quick and proper resolution of this issue as it has already carved a bad image for Sony in my mind. I had no idea that Sony provides such bad after Sales service. Disappointed
