Sony India — Sony Bravia LED TV repeated compliant | |||
Hi, I have a Sony Bravia TV, which I bought in 29th sept-2013. This TV has merely completed one year and 4 months.In this duration my TV went dead twice and the same component (Main Board) was faulty on both the occasion. Last time it took more than 20 days to repair it and for repair I had to call almost everyday to get it done. After the first repair my TV is dead again, now the service team has conveyed me that I will have to pay 5880rs for the repair. It is only 3 months 15 days after which this same component is faulty again. I am worried that if this is the durability of the component then I had made a mistake by buying this TV.If this will be trend and warranty period of only 3 months, I'll have to fork out good sum of money after every 3-4 months.
